Solo Training
Draft: this page is a work in progress.
Solo training is the foundation of all martial arts practice. It allows you to develop physical skill, mental focus, conditioning, and weapon control whether or not you have access to a training partner or instructor.
These pages collect the solo training methods used throughout the Swordschool syllabi. Some develop general attributes such as strength, mobility and breathing; others focus on specific fencing skills such as point control, cutting mechanics, and weapon handling.
