This is the fourth play of wrestling, [in] which the scholar can easily put the player on the ground. And if he can’t put him on the ground in this way, he will look for other plays and grips that can be done in various ways as you will see illustrated below. You should know well that the plays are not the same, and the grips are rarely the same, so if one doesn’t have a good grip, gain one as quickly as possible, so as to not let the advantage go to your enemy.
